Khairul Shahrizan

With over 11 years in legal practice, Khairul Shahrizan founded Shahrizan & Co in 2019 to deliver corporate, commercial and strata law advice with a practical, commercially-minded edge. His work is anchored in strata law, a pivotal speciality of the firm, where he regularly advises JMBs, management corporations and property managers, and has been an invited speaker on strata matters for Commissioners of Building (COB) across several local authorities. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Law at IIUM, researching the governance and accountability of strata management bodies in Malaysia.

His experience spans business takeovers, licensing and employment disputes. He played a key role in the acquisition of a communication tower in Kuala Lumpur and has handled complex land acquisition matters in Kampung Sungai Baru. He is also committed to pro bono legal work.
